AR16 Power Supply Module: The AR16 Power
Supply Module sends 24 VDC Control Voltage to the
Combined I/O and Stepper Modules on an internal bus.
The AR16 Module also sends 24 VDC Supply Voltage
on wire 303 and a common on wire 302 to the Stepper
Drive Modules to operate the Dynamic Scale Motors.
There are 4 “Status” LED’s on the AR16 Module.
(Illustration 136) The LED’s are “r,” “e,” “I” and “S.”
Green LED “r”:
Off - Module supply voltage not connected.
Single Flash - Module is in “reset” mode.
Blinking - Module is in preoperational mode.
On - Module is in “Run” mode.
Red LED “e”:
Off - Module not connected or everything is
“OK.”
Double Flash - Indicates one of the following
conditions:
1. Bus controller power supply is
overloaded.
2. I/O Supply voltage is low.
3. Bus Controller Voltage is too low.
LED “e and r”:
Steady Red and Single Green Flash - Invalid
firmware.
Red LED “I”:
Off - Bus Controller Supply voltage is good.
On - Bus Controller Supply voltage is
overloaded.
Yellow LED “S”:
Off - No data traffic over service interface.
On - Data is transferring over service interface.
