MOVE TO READY: The “Move To Ready”
button is used to prepare the machine for
operation after clean-up and whenever the
Machine Power is turned “On.” The Infeed
Structure will move to the “Run-Ready” position.
All of the other Slicer components will move to
their “Home” position.
Touching and holding the “Move To Ready”
button on the “Run” screen sounds a warning
alarm will as the Slicer components move to
“Run” or “Home” position. (Illustration 22)
1. The Infeed Structure will raise to the “Up”
position. (Illustration 23)
2. All of the Slicer components will “Align”
to their “Home” position.
IMPORTANT!
The “Move To Ready” button must be
touched whenever the Slicer power is turned
“On.” It will not be necessary to “Home” the
Slicer again during normal production
operation. The Slicer Computer will retain
component position information, even when
a “Master Off” is pushed or a “Fault” occurs.
