“Clean-up” position for assembly, disassembly

When the “Move To Clean” button is “touched”
and “held”:
1. All Slicer components move to their
“Clean-up” position. (Illustration 27)
2. The Infeed Structure lowers to the “down”
position for access to the Infeed
Conveyors, Shear Bar and Knife Blade.
