TRANSFER CONVEYOR ALIGNMENT: The
“Transfer Conveyor Alignment” adjustment
controls the height of the Transfer Conveyor and
is used to fine-tune the transfer of product from
the Slicing Conveyor to the Transfer Conveyor.
(Illustration 77 and 78) The “Transfer Conveyor
Alignment” adjustment can be set from -50.8 mm
(-2.0 inches) to +50.8 mm (+2.0 inches).
Set the height of the Transfer Conveyor for a
smooth transfer of product from the Slicing
Conveyor.
TRANSFER CONVEYOR RAPID SPEED
OFFSET: In normal operation, the Transfer
Conveyor travels at the same speed as the Slicing
Conveyor when transferring product off of the
Slicing Conveyor. In some applications it may be
necessary to speed up the Transfer Conveyor.
The “Transfer Conveyor Rapid Speed Offset”
Parameter allows you to run the Transfer
Conveyor faster than the Slicing Conveyor.
(Illustration 79) This adjustment is set as a
percentage of Slicing Conveyor speed.
A setting of 0% runs the Transfer Conveyor at the
same speed as the Slicing Conveyor.
A setting of 10% runs the Transfer Conveyor 10%
faster than the Slicing Conveyor.
