(2) Input by list retrieval
Displays a list of patient information registered in the database and then retrieves (inputs) patient
information in the list.
Select
without any input item in the patient information input field. (If the caret “
|
” for input
characters is in a place other than “Patient ID/Patient Name/Date of Birth/Phone Number”, is
grayed out and cannot be selected.)
The patient information selection box will be displayed.
Select the group folder tab to display desired patient information, select the patient information, and
then select
. The patient information will be input.

: Deletes patient information.
/ : Scrolls patient information.
: Cancels operation.
