Unit
The
crossbar
units
of
the
SPARC
M10-4S
and
the
crossbar
box
are
crossbar
switches
that
logically
connect
the
CPU
memory
unit
and
I/O
unit.
The
crossbar
unit
has
two
operation
modes.
One
is
normal
mode
that
provides
2-way
operation.
The
other
is
degraded
mode
that
provides
1-way
operation,
which
is
half
of
normal
mode.
