Symptom Countermeasures Related Parts
When the side part of card is not printed
It might be occurred when the print density is set too low.
Increase the printer printing density and if the problem is not
solved, refer to the below countermeasures.
※ Adjust the density refer to the manual 4.1.3.2.

The ribbon or ribbon cartridge is not installed
properly
Check the ribbon cartridge’s installation state and whether the
ribbon panel is wrinkled.
2 The card surface is not even and it have a faulty Check the card surface or change to the new card.
3 In case the Print Head is contaminated
Clean the Print Head using the cleaning kit.
