7 Transportation
7.1 Transporting the ready2_educate cell
Description
The robot must be moved into its transport position each time it is trans-
ported. All loose components must be stowed for transportation in the box
provided for this purpose.
Before transportation, the transport safeguards must be installed
(>>> 7.1.1 "Installing the transport safeguard" Page 85).
Transportation of the ready2_educate cell is described in the following
sections:
Transportation by fork lift truck

Transportation by pallet truck

Transport position
The robot must be in the transport position before the ready2_educate cell
can be transported.

7.1.1 Installing the transport safeguard
Description
If the cell is transported more than a kilometer, the transport safeguards
must be installed before transport.
Procedure
1. Pull the lift doors downwards approx. 20 mm.
2. Screw 4 Allen screws with washers into the floor using a size 5 Allen
key.
