2. Close the safety door.
3. smartPAD: Release the EMERGENCY STOP device on the smartPAD.
Control panel: Release the EMERGENCY STOP device with the key.
4. smartPAD: Acknowledge operator safety and EMERGENCY STOP on
the smartPAD.
5. Press the “Acknowledge operator safety” button on the control panel.
8.6 Removing/attaching the detachable doors
Description
For purposes of maintenance on the robot controller, the detachable doors
under the lift doors can be removed.
Precondition
• The cell is switched off and secured to prevent unauthorized persons
from switching it on again.
Procedure
1. Remove the plugs from the transport safeguard.
2. Screw in the knurled screws.
3. The detachable doors can be removed.
4. After the maintenance work on the robot controller, reattach the de-
tachable doors.
5. Unscrew the knurled screws.
6. Insert the plugs into the holes of the knurled screws.
7. Close the detachable doors.
