Make Connections
1. Setthekeyboardonahard,flat,levelsurface.Makesuretoleaveplentyofroomfor
ventilation.
2. Fouradhesive‐backedrubberfeetareprovidedwithyourPC3K .Ifyouwanttoatta ch
themtothebottomofthePC3K(recommendedtopreventscratchingyourtabletop),
carefullyturnthekeyboardover,remove
thepaperbackingfromtherubberfeetand
attachthemnow,neareachcorner,allonthe samelevel.
3. Connectthepowercable.
4. Makesureyoursoundsystemisatasafevolumelevel.AlsomakesurethatthePC3K’s
MASTERVOLUMEslider(onthefarleftsideofthefront
panel)isallthewaydown.
5. Pluginapairofstereoheadphonesorrunstandard(1/4‐inch)audiocablesfromyour
amplifierormixertotheMIXaudiooutputsonthePC3K.(UsetheMainLeftoutfor
mono.)Balanced(“TRS”or“Stereo”)cablesarerecommended.

1. PowerupyourPC3K,raisetheleveloftheMASTERVOLUMEslider,andcheckoutsome
oftheprogramsandsetups.ThePC3KstartsupinProgrammodebydefault.Pressoneof
themodebuttonstotheleftofthedisplaytoswitchmodes.
2. Ifyouheardistortion,reducethe
gainonyourmixingboard,orusethepadifithasone.
3. ScrollthroughtheprogramlistwiththeAlphaWheel,orthededicatedCategoryand
Programbuttons,andtrythePC3K’smanysounds.
