KB3 Program Structure
Innormaloperationalmodes,usingtheMutebuttonstochangeaprogram’sKB3effectsdoesn’t
affecttheprogram;theeffectsreturntotheir programmedsettings thenexttimeyouselectthe
program.If,however,you’ reinaneditorwhenyouchangetheeffects,you’ reactuallyediting
theprogram.Ifyoulike
thechanges,youcansavetheprogramwiththenewKB3effects
settings.Ifyoudon’tlikethechanges,youcanexitwithoutsaving,and theprogramwillrevert
toitsprevioussettings.
TheMutebuttonsalsosendMIDIControllerinformationtothePC3K’sMIDIOut port.See
Column2of
Table 6‐3tocheckwhichControllernumbersthebuttonssend.
Ofcourse,youcanchangetheprogrammedsettingsfor theKB3‐modebuttons.Foreachofthe
buttons,there’sacorrespondingparameterintheProgramEditor.
