Inspection
Description
Perform the following procedure before the DDM-2000 OC-3 Multiplexer
installation or cable installation.
Procedure
1. Verify that the frame or structure into which the DDM-2000 OC-3 will be
installed is properly grounded.
NOTE
:
Each DDM-2000 OC-3 shelf, heat baffle, and fan shelf (when provided)
comes with an installation kit, a pouch attached to the shelf, baffle, or fan
shelf, containing the hardware required for mounting and grounding. The
installation kit for the baffle and fan shelf has the following contents:
