IMPORTANT INSTALLATION SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and understand all instructions.
Installation and maintenance procedures must be followed and performed by trained per-
sonnel only.
All DS1, DS3, and STS-1E interfaces should not leave the building premises unless con-
nected to telecommunication devices providing primary or secondary protection, as
applicable.
For information on proper mounting instructions, consult the appropriate section in this
installation manual.
Never install telecommunication wiring during a lightning storm.
Never install telecommunication connections in wet locations.
Never touch uninsulated telecommunication wires or terminals unless the telecommunica-
tion line has been disconnected at the DS1, DS3 or STS-1E interface.
Use caution when installing or modifying telecommunication lines. SAVE THESE INSTRUC-
TIONS.
