19.18.2 Positive Taper Error
A positive taper means that not enough stock is being removed from the workpiece by the grinding
wheel as it moves along the workpiece where the grinding direction is from right to left.
19.18.3 Negative Taper Error
A negative taper means that more stock than required is being removed from the workpiece by the
grinding wheel as it moves along the workpiece where the grinding direction is from right to left.
