JAFFA CAKE
Ingredients
75g unsalted butter
175g caster sugar
2 eggs
125g self raising flour
125g milk
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
8 Orange Thins Chocolate (halved)
Preparation
1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2) Place butter into the bowl and melt for

3) Add remaining ingredients (except Orange Thins) and mix for
Time: 30 seconds Speed: 6
4) Pour mixture into cake tin and press Orange Thins evenly throughout cake mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool, dust with icing sugar and serve.
Notes
For a choc/mint flavoured cake, substitute halved after dinner mints for Orange Thins and press into cake
mixture before cooking.
