TUNA SAUCE
Ingredients
200g tuna, in oil
20g capers
1 gherkin
5 anchovies
1 egg
1 egg white
juice of ½ lemon
100g vegetable oil
salt, to taste

11) Place the tuna, capers, gherkin and anchovies into the bowl and blend for
