TUNA SAUCE
Ingredients
200g tuna, in oil
20g capers
1 gherkin
5 anchovies
1 egg
1 egg white
juice of ½ lemon
100g vegetable oil
salt, to taste
Preparation
11) Place the tuna, capers, gherkin and anchovies into the bowl and blend for

2) Put the mixing tool in place and add eggs, lemon juice and salt and mix slowly adding the oil through the
