GAZPACHO (Cold Tomato Soup)
Ingredients
1000g ripe tomatoes, peeled and quartered
200g red capsicum, roughly chopped
½ clove garlic
100g olive oil
40g red vinegar
1/2 onion, halved

1) Place all the ingredients in the bowl including the tomatoes and chop for

ZUCCHINI SOUP
Ingredients
50g oil
1 onion, roughly chopped
5 cups of milk
700g zucchini, roughly chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
100g cream cheese
