TUNA AND OLIVE PASTA SAUCE
Ingredients
1 onion, quartered
1 clove garlic
50g olive oil
1 can tuna, drain oil
50g kalamata pitted olives
680g passata
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
1) Place onion, garlic into the bowl and chop for
Time: 5 seconds Speed: 7
2) Add oil and sauté for
Time: 2 min. Temperature: 100°C Speed: 1
3) Add tuna, olives, tomato puree salt and pepper and cook for
Time: 15-20 min. Temperature: 90°C Speed: 1
Notes
Serve with cooked pasta of your choice.
