Ingredients
2 medium onions, quartered
1 red capsicum, roughly chopped
1 green capsicum, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 small zucchini, rough chopped
1 small eggplant, roughly chopped
60g oil
500g crushed tomatoes

Preparation
1) Place onions, capsicum, garlic, zucchini and eggplant into the bowl and chop for
