APPLE SAUCE
Ingredients
4 apples, peeled and quartered
1 tsp sugar
juice of ½ lemon
50g water

1) Place apples into the bowl and chop for

Blend on speed 5 for 30 seconds or until desired consistency

GRAVY
Ingredients
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
230g beef stock
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour
120g cream
salt and pepper, to taste
