RED LENTIL SOUP
Ingredients
1 onion, quartered
2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
2 sticks celery, roughly chopped
½ cup fresh parsley
20g oil
250g red lentils
1500g chicken stock
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
1) Place onion, carrots, celery and parsley into the bowl and process 4 times using the pulse function.
2) Add oil and sauté for
