Water Pump Reassembly and Installation
1. Place water pump base upper seal on longer shoulder side of Oil Seal Driver (91-13949)
with seal lip away from shoulder.
2. Apply Loctite 271 on O.D. of seal. Press seal into water pump base until tool bottoms.
