5.3.10.6 Power Off Cleaning menu
This menu is used to set whether to perform cleaning before shutting the printer down.
• After pressing the [Power] key, the cleaning starts first, then CR maintenance is performed.
3.2.2 Turning the power OFF
Setup item Setting Description
Power on cleaning On Performs cleaning automatically when the power is turned ON
as well as after recovery from sleep mode.
• [Enter] key: saves the setting and shifts to the previous
menu.
• [Cancel] key: saves the setting and shifts to the previous
menu.
5.3 Setup menu
Setup item Setting Description
PoweroffClean. <Off> Power off cleaning is not performed.
Short Power off cleaning is performed in short mode before shutting
the printer down.
Normal Power off cleaning is performed in normal mode before
shutting the printer down.
Long Power off cleaning is performed in long mode before shutting
the printer down.

menu.
• [Cancel] key: saves the setting and shifts to the previous
menu.
