Ease of use
The Océ 9600 applications are easy to use. You can change the display
language and there is an extensive help system should you have any questions.
Language
You can choose between two display languages defined for your system by
selecting one of the two specified languages in the ‘View’ menu.
Note:
The check mark in front of the language indicates that this is the active
display language.
The languages can be set in the ‘Options’ dialog box. This can only be done
from the remote applications:

Open the ‘Edit’ menu and select ‘Options
’
.
The Options window appears.

Choose the desired first and second language from the two drop-down list
boxes.

Click ‘OK’ to close the Options window.
Note:
On a remote client, you must set the languages in all three Océ 9600
applications separately. On the NGC, the languages of the four applications
are set at once.
If you want to change the language in the scanner and printing operating panels
you must do this by using the settings in the Settings Editor (see ‘First
language’ on page 178 and ‘Second language’ on page 178).

Display help information

Open the ‘Help’ menu and select ‘Contents’.
Now you can retrieve extensive help for all functions of the Océ 9600
applications.
