Set / Change destination properties

Select a destination.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’ or click the ‘Properties’ button on
the toolbar (see figure 51).

The ‘Destination properties’ screen appears as in figure 49 on page 94.

Change the destination properties as described in ‘Create a destination’ on
page 93.
Scanned files
The right-hand pane of the Océ 9600 Scan Manager contains the scanned files
and additional information about the files. You can view, print and delete these
files. You can also view the file properties.

View a scanned file

Select a file in the right-hand pane.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘View’ or click the ‘View’ button on the
toolbar (see figure 52).

Océ View Station (see ‘Océ View Station’ on page 101) starts up and displays
the file.
Note:
When you scan to file, the Océ View Station controller starts
automatically, showing the result of the scan.

Print a scanned file

Select a file in the right-hand pane.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Print’ or click the ‘Print’ button on the toolbar
(see figure 53).

The selected file will be printed with the default settings as defined in the
Settings Editor (see ‘Job-related settings for printing’ on page 158).
