Introduction
The Océ 9600 System Control Panel (SCP) application provides you with
status information about the system. This includes:
Machine status of the Océ 9600 Printer
Overview of the loaded media types and sizes
Machine status of the Océ 9600 Copier
Memory usage.
Structure
The Océ 9600 System Control Panel window is divided into the following parts
(see figure 61 on page 107):
The standard menu bar
which contains the following menus:
File - Login, Logout, Connect to and Exit.
Edit
If you select this option, a window is displayed in which you can view your
default server and the display languages (first and second) for the System
Control Panel application. The
Auto login
option allows you to start the
application automatically in the specified user mode.
View
The View menu allows you to switch between the display languages as
defined in the Edit options window and to enable or disable System Control
Panel sub windows.
System
The System menu allows you to dump your configuration settings, make a
demo plot, clear the system and shut down the system.

The Printer status window
This window displays the current status of the Océ
9600 Printer. Any error messages displayed on the printer control panel also
appear in the printer status window of the System Control Panel.
The Media window
This window provides graphical information about the
status of the printer rolls and cassette trays (available, empty or disabled) and
about the available media (size and type).
