User operations
The Océ 9600 System Control Panel allows you to perform the following
operations:

Making a demo plot
■
Printing your system configuration
■
Changing the display language
■
Clearing the system
■
Shutting down the system
■
Setting up a remote session (only on a remote system)
■
Quitting a remote session (only on a remote system).

Making a demo plot

Select the Demo plot option in the System menu.
A demo plot is made on the printer.

Printing your system configuration

Select the Print settings option in the System menu.
A list is printed of the current settings on the Océ 9600.

Changing the display language

Select the
View
menu option.
Here you can select one of two available display languages.

Clearing the system

Select the ‘Clear system’ option in the System menu to delete all jobs.
You can use this option in case of a corrupt job which cannot be deleted with
the help of the Queue Manager.
Note:
This option is only available in repro operator, key operator and
system administrator mode. In anonymous user mode, it is not possible to
clear the system.

Shutting down the system

Select the Shut down option in the System menu to shut down the system.
This option is only available in repro operator, key operator and system
administrator mode.
Note:
On a local system, this option is available to any user, including an
anonymous user.
