If the icons do not contain color, you are not connected. The following graphic
shows how the icons appear when you are connected.
17.17.2 Viewing Service Requests
To view the service requests, complete the following steps:
1. In the left navigation pane, click Message Center.
2.
Click Open Service Requests, My Service Requests, or Service Requests
Opened by Others to display a list of requests.
3.
To view details of a particular service request, highlight a row, then click the
View Service Request icon. The following graphic shows an example service
request.
