BODY COMPONENT REMOVAL
Seats
1. To remove any of the seats, lift upward on the latch
lever located behind the seat bottom.
2. Lift upward and forward on the seat while lifting up on
th
e latch lever and remove the seat from the vehicle.
Rear Service Panel (RZR / RZR S)
1. Remove driver and passenger seats.
2. Turn both latches 1/4 turn to disengage the panel.
3. Lift the panel upward and towards the front of the
vehic
le to remove it.
Rear Console Cover (RZR 4)
1. Remove the rear passenger seats.
2. Turn both latches 1/4 turn to disengage the cover.
3. Pull out on the top while pressing on the center of the
lower
portion of the cover to free it from the vehicle.
4. Lift the cover upward and towards the front of the
v
ehicle to remove it.
Front Bumper
1. Remove the (4) push rivets from the sides of the front
bumper.
2. Remove the (6) Torx screws retaining the upper,
midd
le and lower portion of the bumper.
3. Disconnect the front head lamp connectors and
rem
ove the front bumper from the vehicle.
