Polaris Mobile Digital Wrench (PMDW)
Polaris Mobile Digital Wrench (PMDW) is a diagnostic
software application (app) designed specifically for
Android™ devices. When paired with the Wireless
Vehicle Link (WVL), part number PU-51435, PMDW
provides Polaris service technicians with many of the
features and functions found in Digital Wrench.

To download the PMDW app, navigate your Android
device to www. polarisdealers. com. Locate the Service
and Warranty drop-down menu. Select: “Mobile Digital
Wrench App Download”. Tap on the link to download the
app.
Android Device Minimum Specifications:
• Minimum operating system: Android 3.1
“Honeycomb” or higher (Android 4.0 or higher
preferred)
• Dual core processor / 2 GB internal memory /
external microSD (32 or 64 GB) slot / 500 MB
RAM
• Rear facing camera with minimum 3.0 mega pixel
resolution with auto/continuous focus
• Video, Microphone and Voice-to-text capable
• Internet and Bluetooth wireless technology
capable
PMDW App Notes:
• PMDW will not work on Microsoft Windows 8™ or
Apple IOS™ products
• Device must be set to allow the installation of non-
market applications
• An electronic user’s guide is provided within the
app. To access the user’s guide, launch the app,
and then click on the “Help” button in the Settings/
Preferences menu.
• Only CAN-based vehicles are compatible with
PMDW and the WVL. A complete list of compatible
vehicles can be found in the user’s guide.
