6. Fill recovery bottle to MAX level with recommended
coolant or 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and distilled
water.
Recommended Coolant:
Polaris Premium Pre-Mixed Antifreeze
(PN 2880514) (Quart)
(PN 2880513) (Gallon)
7. Reinstall the recovery bottle cap.
8. If coolant was required, start engine and check for
leaks. Make sure radiator fins are clean to prevent
overheating.
Cooling System Pressure Test

Cooling System Hose Inspection
1. Inspect all vehicle hoses for cracks, deterioration,
abrasion or leaks. Replace if necessary.

2. Inspect all engine hoses for cracks, deterioration,
abrasion or leaks. Replace if necessary.

3. Check tightness and condition of all hose spring
clamps. Replace if necessary.
MAINTENANCE
