Note A - If a self diagnosed line fault is detected on Channel 1, the tip-ring lines of Channel 1 will enter a high
impedance state and all three Channel 1 (DS1) LEDs (off-hook[red], ringing [yellow], and CH enable [green] ) will
illuminate. NMS will also report off-hook and ringing for Channel 1. To exit this state, power must be cycled off and
on for the board, or the channel must be disabled and then enabled, or the service to the card must be switched off
and then on. The same line fault detection feature is present on Channel 2 (LEDs, DS2).
