COMMUNICATIONS INFORMATION
The serial communications port on the PC or laptop must be configured to match the MA-490 Craft
port as follows:
Data Bits 8
Stop Bits 1
Parity None
Baud Rate 9600 baud
VIEWING APRIL COMMANDS
Once you have connected a PC or laptop to the MA-490 and pressed the [ENTER] key, the MA-490
will send the following prompt to your terminal:
MA-490>
This means that you have accessed the MA-490, and can now use APRIL commands to view lists of
parameter settings and other information.
