SELOGIC Control Equation Elements

Equation Variables
SELOGIC control equation variables are Boolean storage locations. Each
variable equals either logical 1 or logical 0. This manual refers to these
variables and the relay displays these as 1 and 0, respectively. Think also of
the states 1 and 0 as True and False when you evaluate Boolean logic
statements. The quantities of SEL
OGIC control equation variables available in
the different programming areas are listed in Table 3.9.
Use the SEL
OGIC control equation variables in free-form logic statements in
any order you want. Use a SEL
OGIC control equation variable more than once
in free-form logic programming, and use SEL
OGIC control equation variables
as arguments in SEL
OGIC control equations. Example 3.4 illustrates SELOGIC
control equation variable usage.
