interfaces on the SEL-421. The TEST DNP command operates by object and
index number, so it works equally well with custom mapping and the default
DNP map.
When you are using the TEST DNP command to test DNP operation, the
Relay Word bit TESTDNP will be asserted to indicate that test mode is active.
The DNP status bit will also show forced status for any object variations that
include status.
