Auxiliary limiting —
hoist
DANGER
Never change the limit shutdown (2, 4) setting set at the factory!
Adjustment to the setting may be carried out only by SENNEBOGEN
Customer Service or an authorized SENNEBOGEN Service Partner!
With auxiliary limiting installation — set the hoist as follows:
Note
The optional auxiliary limiting (1,3) cannot be bypassed.
1 Auxiliary limiting “Hoist down” (optional)
2 Limit shutdown — Hoist down
3 Auxiliary limiting “Hoist up” (optional)
4 Limit shutdown — Hoist up
1 Raise the compact boom carefully to just below the maximum
height/depth limit (maintain safety clearance!).
2 Loosen the hexagonal nuts for auxiliary limiting (1) or (3).
3 Auxiliary limiting (1) or (3) are to be moved until the sensors are
triggered (LED on sensor goes out).
4 Tighten the hexagonal nuts for auxiliary limiting (1) or (3).
5 Switch the Auxiliary limiting flip switch on at the control panel.
6 Check the setting carefully and repeat if necessary.
