Sine-wave filter
The sine
-wave filter at the inverter outputs almost sinusoidal voltages to
the motor, so that you can use standard motors without special cables.
The maximum permissible length of motor feede
r cables is increased to
300
m.
The following applies wh
en using a sine-wave filter:
•
Operation is only permissible with pulse frequencies from 4 kHz to
8 kHz.
From 110 kW power rating of the Power Modules (according to the
rating plate) only 4 kHz is permissible.
•
The inverter power is reduced by 5%.
•
The maximum output frequency of the inverter is 150 Hz at 380 V to
480 V.
•
Operation and commissioning may only be performed with the motor
connected, as the sine-wave filter is not no-load proof.
•
An output reactor is superfluous.
