The pump is regulated by the amount of cur-
rent required and thus pumps only the amount
of oil actually required by the consumers.
Power transfer between the pump and the diesel engine is monitored by the load limit sensing
control. The diesel engine is thus protected,
even in the partial throttle range, against ex-
cessive reductions in speed and overloads. As
such, load limit sensing control optimizes the
use of the available engine rating.
Additional pumps Gear pumps in the open circuit for supplying
auxiliary loads such as "Movable cab" or the
functions "Grab rotation", "Brake", "Pilot con-
trol", "Fan motor for hydraulic oil cooler",
"Steering" and "Oscillating axle".
Control block Control block in sector design – single-circuit
system
Oil cooler The fan speed is controlled thermostatically.
This ensures that the hydraulic system will
reach its operating temperature quickly and
stay at that level constantly. The reduction in
noise level produced by thermostatic control
and the resulting speed adjustment is benefi-
cial for both the operator and the environment.
