6. CONVENIENCE FUNCTIONS
5 Click the [Serial config.] button from the function buttons.
The serial setting screen appears.
6 Select "[In] RM/CL data receive" from the "for" list.
One device can only be used per port. When connecting two or more devices,
set "Connection 1" to "Connection 3" for each connected device.
7 Check the port connected to the device and set the "Port No." corresponding to it.
Refer to the instruction manual of your personal computer for the port.
8 Select "Baud Rate".
Select the same baudrate as the connected device. For the correct baudrate of the con-
nected device, refer to its instruction manual.
9 After setting all of the connections to be used, click the [OK] button.
The data input/output setting screen appears again.
10 Click the [OK] button.
The "Settings" menu screen appears again.
11 Click the [Exit] button.
The check screen to finish the "Settings" menu appears.
To save the set data and finish the "Settings" menu, click the [OK] button.
To return to the "Settings" menu without saving the set data, click the [Cancel] button.
