5. OPERATION FOR TESTS
5.3 OTHER BINOCULAR FUNCTION TESTS
5.3.1 FIXATION DISPARITY TEST (POL. CROSS WITH FIXA-
TION TARGET)
Measure fixation disparity of the patient by using the cross chart with fixation target.
1 Prepare for the test.
This test must be executed without any disassociation of the eyes. Before this test, cor-
rect any disassociation of the eyes by conducting a "Phoria test".
For phoria test, refer to "5.2.1 PHORIA TEST (POL. CROSS)" on P.80.
2 Select the cross chart with fixation target.
To perform the fixation disparity test (cross with fixation target), select the icon for the
cross chart with fixation target on the chart page.
