4.4 BINOCULAR MEASUREMENT
FAR-POINT PHORIA
Start the test by using the result of the far-point refractive power refinement.
(1) Far-point vertical phoria measurement (Polarization cross test/Cross ring test/Prism

(2) Far-point horizontal phoria measurement (Polarization cross test/Cross ring test/Prism
separation method) ........... Refer to P.80, P.82 and P.86.
(3) Refining the necessary prism power with the Sheard's criteria ...... Refer to P.105.
NEAR-POINT PHORIA
Start the test by using the result of the near-point refractive power refinement.
