8. SETTING
Unit of exam distance
Select the unit of distance from the following items. The values of "cm" and "inch" are dis-
played together on "Near exam distance" of "Chart settings" regardless of the selected unit.

Serial port for CV power supply unit
Select the port number of the personal computer that is connected to the CV power supply
unit with the external PC. The displayed port number is changed according to the serial
port number on the personal computer.
Default
This button returns the system to the factory initial settings when shipped.
OK/Cancel
Click the [OK] button. The changed data is saved and the "Settings" menu appears again.
Click the [Cancel] button. The changed data is canceled and the "Settings" menu appears
again.
