PROCEDURE
1 Do step 1 to step 9 in 7.3.3 Gas admission valve - do a check for gas leakage.
2 Remove the GAV from the vice.
3 Remove the pusher (003, Figure 7-23).
4 Remove the plate (002).
5 Remove the disassembly/assembly tool (001).
