REP 7.45 HCF Lift Motor Assembly

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
NOTE: Cover removal is possible without removing the feeder from the printer.
1. Remove the HCF rear cover, REP 7.38.
2. Remove the HCF right cover, REP 7.39.
3. Release the spring from the lift linkage.
4. Disconnect the motor and remove 4 screws (metal) that secure the assembly to the chas-
sis, Figure 1.

Removal
WARNING

NOTE: Cover removal is possible without removing the feeder from the printer.
1. Remove the HCF rear cover, REP 7.38.
2. Remove the HCF right cover, REP 7.39.
3. Disconnect CN9 from the HCF Control Board.
4. Remove the E-clip that secures the clutch to the shaft, Figure 1.
