Error Messages and Codes
Motor Error
The Main Motor has failed.
Applicable Chain Link
■ 042-325: Motor Error
Initial Actions
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
6 Disconnect J503 from the LVPS.
defeat the front cover interlock and
measure the voltage across P503-1pin
<=> ground on the LVPS.
Does the voltage read about +24 VDC?
Replace the Fan
(page 8-56).
Replace the
LVPS
(page 8-55),
then go to step
7.
7 Does the error still occur when the
power is turned OFF and ON?
Replace the
MCU Board
(page 8-59).
