When S9-14=0 [Wire Length Detection Method = Fix], the setting value of
S9-19 [Wire Length] is corrected with the setting value of S9-29 [Correction
value2 of Wire Length].
When S9-14=2 or 2 [Wire Length Detection Method = External], the wire
length calculated from the external input is corrected with the setting value of
S9-29 [Correction value1 of Wire Length].
The correction value is the total value of the correction values that are
enabled by Wire Length Correction 1 to 3.
