This command sets whether the user defined comment for each page group (USER
COMMENT) should be plotted or printed when the :HCOPy:IMMediate command
or :HCOPy:DATA? query is sent.
At *RST, the value of this parameter is ON.
Syntax :HCOPy:ITEM:ANNotation2:STATe OFF | ON | 0 | 1
