:PAGE:STRess[:CDEFinition]:TRIGger:POLarity
:PAGE:STRess[:CDEFinition]:TRIGger:POLarity
This command sets the POLARITY of trigger signal for stress.
At *RST, this value is POSitive.
Syntax :PAGE:STRess [ :CDEFinition] :TRIGger:POLarity POSitive | NEGative

This command controls whether the trigger function is enabled for stress.
At *RST, this value is DISable.

POSitive character polarity is positive
NEGative character polarity is negative
