3 Fitting the coupling to the motor with optional hydraulic tool.

a Clean the motor shaft and
apply a thin oil film.

Make sure that the
key is in place on the
motor shaft.
h Install and tighten the
washer, spring washer and
screw.
Piece of wood
Attach a socket with extension rod and
handle to the screw. Place a piece of
wood according to the illustration.
Push the handle to start the rotor
moving, when the handle hits the piece
of wood, the weight and movement of
the rotor tightens the screw.
Repeat until screw is fastened.
g Remove the hydraulic tool.
b Fit the sleeve to the
stud bolt.
Fit the stud bolt with
sleeve to the motor
shaft.
f Attach the hose from the hand pump to the
hydraulic oil inlet.
Fit the friction coupling by pumping the
handle on the pump until stop.
Release pressure on the hand pump and
adjust the nut on the stud bolt.
Repeat procedure until coupling is
mounted. Note! The pressure on the hand
pump should not exceed 200 bar.
c Screw the holder to
the coupling nave.
d Fit hydraulic cylinder as
shown.
e Fit the sleeve and
secure with the nut.
