CHECK FRONT LH POWER WINDOW MOTOR
• Remove and check the LH front power window motor.
Is the window motor normal?
Yes
>> Go to the next step.
No
>> Replace the LH front power window motor.

CHECK DTC
• With the X-431 scan tool, read the BCM DTCs.
• Refer to 9DTC Confirmation Procedure9.
Is DTC B1310 present?
Yes
>> Replace the BCM.
No
>>
The system is now operating properly.
Reassemble the vehicle and verify the customers complaint is repaired.
